H2 GROW HYDROSEEDING WARRANTY
At H2 Grow, we are committed to providing high-quality hydroseeding services that support healthy, sustainable landscape growth. To ensure confidence in our work, we offer the following warranty as part of our proposal.
1. Warranty Period
H2 Grow warrants that all hydroseeding services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of application.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty includes:
- Germination and early establishment of the specified seed blend.
- Even distribution and consistent coverage over treated areas.
- Remediation (reseeding or repair) of areas that fail to establish due to application or material deficiencies.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to failures resulting from:
- Severe weather events such as storms, flooding, drought, or extreme temperatures.
- Lack of or improper maintenance by the property owner, including under- or over-watering.
- Damage from animals, foot or vehicle traffic, vandalism, or unauthorized disturbance.
- Deviation from the care guidelines provided by H2 Grow.
4. Maintenance Responsibilities
Unless specified otherwise in the contract, the property owner is responsible for all post-application care, including watering, mowing, and fertilization. H2 Grow will provide a recommended care and watering schedule upon completion of the hydroseeding.
5. Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the property owner must notify H2 Grow in writing within the 60-day warranty period. Upon confirmation of the issue, H2 Grow will reseed or repair the affected areas at no additional cost, within 30 days of notification, weather and site conditions permitting.
